Then we find a solution to automate all or some of that process, using the tools you already have, wherever possible.

Examples of things we have implemented for clients:

Setting up a website form to collect leads and send them to the CRM system

Utilising Slack Lists to automate the staff onboarding and offboarding process

Creating and merging fields in Salesforce to capture opportunity information, instead of capturing the information on a word doc and attaching it ​

What will it cost?
It will vary by company and need, but a high level ballpark will be something in the region of:

1-2 processes, using 1-2 systems - £1,500 + VAT

3-5 processes, using 3-5 systems - £4,500 + VAT

More complex than this - likely around £6,000 + VAT
You will also need to consider any ongoing third party software costs - we rarely implement anything more than about £300 per year, and we always try to avoid these costs in the first instance.
